To respond to the call of the 24th national work safety month themed "everyone talks about safety,everyone can respond to emergencies-identify safety hazards around you", AUTOBOX carefully planned and carried out a series of month-long activities. Through organizing publicity and training, emergency drills, safety inspections, and 6S evaluations, etc., we aim to strengthen the company's safety foundation, ensure employee safety, and continuously promote the stable and positive development of work safety.

To create an atmosphere, awareness comes first. Subsidiaries and project sites simultaneously advance the "work safety month" theme-building: through employee signature commitment banners, themed poster displays, and organizing the viewing of safety-themed promotional videos, etc., we promote the deepening of safety concepts from visual guidance to cognitive recognition, laying a solid ideological foundation for the activities.

With full participation to find hazards. The safety department organized a special lecture on "definition, classification and inspection methods of safety hazards" to solidify the knowledge foundation for hazard inspection. Meanwhile, the "all-staff hazard inspection" activity was launched, mobilizing each employee to stand fast in their posts and proactively find hazards around them. Through the combination of learning and application, it effectively enhanced everyone's ability to identify hazards and handle emergencies.

Practical drills to enhance capabilities. Subsidiaries focus on fire safety, conducting evacuation drills and hands-on fire ~ fighting equipment training. Domestic and overseas project sites, based on their own operation characteristics, carry out targeted on-site disposal drills for common risks like mechanical injuries, electric shocks, and heatstroke. These realistic simulations not only test the feasibility of plans but also hone employees' emergency response skills, ensuring everyone can respond in critical moments.

Consolidate results and deepen management. During the activity, 65 typical on-site and company-environment hazards were identified. After risk grading and assessment, all have been rectified and closed. The company specially commends individual pioneers in safety hazard detection to encourage full participation. After the activity, the safety department systematically summarizes results, clarifies improvement directions, and establishes a long-term mechanism for continuously optimizing safety management and deepening safety culture.

Although the 2025 work safety month activities have successfully concluded, the safety alarm must keep ringing, and safety management never ends.

In the future, AUTOBOX will continue to implement the principle of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management". It will integrate the experience gained from the activities into daily management, promote the true internalization of safety culture in the heart and externalization in actions,  lay a solid foundation for safety production work, and safeguard the life and health of every employee and the efficient and stable operation of the enterprise.
