AUTOBOX successfully delivered the new energy 3-in-1 E-drive assembly project to a German transmission customer, effectively facilitating its localized production process.
The project took six months from definition to delivery, setting a new record for the shortest delivery time of the customer's group production lines. Virtual technology full-process empowerment
The project deeply applies virtual commissioning and digital simulation technology. A high-precision virtual model of the production line is built in the design phase for simulation verification and optimization, greatly reducing on-site commissioning risks and accelerating the process. Through virtual commissioning, the plc programs, robot paths, and equipment coordination logic are verifid in advance, improving the efficiency of traditional design verification and on - site integration cycles by nearly 30%, providing core support for rapid delivery.
Efficient foundation-laying for standardized capabilities
AUTOBOX has deeply cultivate the e-drive assembly field for years, accumulating profound technical strength. Conduct MTM (method time measurement) analysis and cycle time analysis for manual workstations, accurately optimize operation processes, and improve production takt efficiency.
Implementation of core technology concepts:
Each workstation strictly follows the NIO concept design; adjacent workstations are equipped with a Stand-by backup mechanism to ensure continuous production line operation; measurement equipment strictly follows the SPR concept to ensure detection accuracy, etc.
Stringent testing and verification:
Verify the production line's anti-interference ability through MBT (mechanical abuse test); implement the MSA (measurement system analysis) management protocol. After robots arrive, they can be put into production only after passing the MSA test to ensure the measurement accuracy and stability of equipment.
Meanwhile, the production line is equipped with an advanced flexible manufacturing system. It features rapid model changeover and high compatibility, enabling seamless switching to produce multiple models of e-drive assembly products. This greatly enhances the production line's flexibility level.
